Reserve Team Manager and Adlington fanatic will replace Steffan Wells for the 2013-14 Season

Tooting Bec are happy to announce the appointment of Adlington as their new manager for this upcoming season.

Adlington who has been around the club for sometime now since arriving from his native Scotland. He was ball playing central midfielder until a double ACL injury put him out of the game. He then picked up the coaching bug and was given his first managerial role running the Bec Reserves last season. Their first season in the Elite Reserve League saw them finish a respectable 9th from 12th and have the second best loss rate with only 6 defeats, an amazing 9 draws however put them towards the lower end of the table.

Adlington will hope to implement his tiki taka football philosophy on the first team this year and we wish him good luck.
Assisting him will be Club Captain John Woodwood.

The 'A' Team also have a new manager. Last seasons first team Goalkeeper Ed Cornwall will be taking over the reigns from Jacko. Assisting him for the season will be Ben Sanderson.

The Reserve team Manager is yet to be confirmed. We hope to have more on this vaccancy soon.

Preseason dates, Trials, Friendlies all to be announced in the next few days.
