Club Statement - Club Restructuring Plans
On the pitch the club has just delivered its best ever season, it finished with no silverware but huge progress. Our 1st team, Reserves and both Women’s sides finished in their highest ever positions and our men’s ‘B’ team got promoted. In all we were runners up across 6 competitions!
Ultimately, we missed out on promotion to Step 6 on penalties. With no playing budget the job the management team of Matt Hancock, Reece Turner and Gavin Bolger have done is nothing short of a miracle. The aim now is to go one better and get that promotion after 7 straight seasons of finishing in the top 5 of the league and winning the London Senior Trophy last season.
To support the work on the pitch we are restructuring the club off it, after 19 years of growth we are looking to hear from individuals or groups that would be keen to drive the club forward for the next 19.

Club Committee
As Chairman my aim is to restructure the committee by inviting investment, ideas, and experience to the club. Below is a list of initial roles we are reviewing in the coming months as we transition to the new structure:
1. Chairperson
2. Vice Chairperson
3. Commercial Director
4. 1st Team Secretary
5. Head of Members Club
6. Head of Youth Development
There are no job descriptions available as each role will be moulded around the person holding the position. Please email tootingbecfc@hotmail.com to express an interest in any role listed or any other role within the club.
The role of Commercial Director has the potential to be commission based for the right applicant.

Investors
It’s never easy to find investment especially when we pride ourselves in being self-sustainable and that will always be the aim, any funding will be used to secure the future of the club and working towards a model where the revenue will eclipse the funding.
We will be reviewing and announcing how an individual or group could own part of the club and how any investment would be used. As an owner you would be eligible to vote on all club matters and have a major say on the direction of the club’s future.

Bec Season Tickets
Now not just for those at the match! If you can’t get to all our games a new Scheme will be launched allowing season ticket holders access to all our games and highlights along with many other benefits to stay up to date on everything happening at the club as well as the chance to win prizes.
