Following a period where the club has been seeking additional investment and experience to help propel us into our next 20 years, we are delighted and excited to announce that Ryan O'Sullivan has joined Tooting Bec FC.

Ryan is a local entrepreneur who runs several businesses in Southwest London, most prominently RyGroup, which he has over time built into a hugely success company.

Most importantly to us, he loves the game. He previously played at a decent level in his youth, and also supports AFC Wimbledon, alongside sponsoring a stand at Plough Lane. His love of both the men and women’s game, his interest in the local community, alongside his ambition nature, are all things that are perfectly aligned to our values as a club.

Now that Ryan is on board, we continue to focus on the upcoming 2024/25 season, with the First Team already back on the grass and the new look management building a an exciting squad. In the background, we will be working hard to ensure the club structure across all our men’s, women’s, and youth teams is ready to support the teams on the pitch.

We will continue to make a number of exciting announcements over the next few months as we get down to business and professionalise the club further.

Personally, having run the club for 20 years, this is huge step forward for us as Ryan will be heavily involved in everything the club does going forward. His energy and ideas will breathe new life into everything we do, and take some of the load off myself financially and mentally. We look forward to working together to make the club a bigger success than it already is. Here’s to the next 20 years!
